Terms and Conditions
- This competition is conducted by Bremick Pty. Ltd. (ABN 98 000 496 131) of 88 Dalmeny Avenue, NSW 2018 Australia.
- These terms and conditions, together with the Entry Form, govern the competition and are intended to be a legally binding agreement. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
- Participation is open to any Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia, over the age of 16, who is not a director or employee (or the immediate family member of a director or employee) of Bremick or any of its related bodies corporate (Eligible Participant). Bremick reserves the right to confirm and verify that entrants are over the age of 16 by requesting proof in writing. The competition is not open to entries of work authored by individuals who are deceased at the time of judging.
- The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on 15th August 2023 and concludes at 5pm AEST on 30th November 2023. Late or incomplete Entry or Entries will be deemed invalid.
- Eligible participants are permitted one (1) entry per person during the Competition Period and it is free.
- Participants must visit the site https://bremick.com.au/win or enter through the QR code during the Competition Period and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, contact number and valid email address (optional). All valid entries received will be placed into a random electronic prize draw.
- To ensure eligibility for the contest, all entries must be able to provide proof of purchase of the Bremick® products used within the promotional period.
- The draw will take place on Wednesday 6th December 2023. The winner will be contacted by email or via phone. The prize must be claimed by Friday 15th December 2023.
- Proof of purchase receipts must be dated within the promotional period. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion refuse to award any Prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The prize recipient is advised to be aware of these terms and conditions therein, in relation to redemption and expiry dates.
- Prizes will not be redeemable for cash.
