Dear Customer

As you are aware, fastener prices have been through a period of intense price erosion, which has resulted in a 30-40% reduction over the last 18 months. Small price increases were implemented in September 2011 to recover part of this reduction.

However the Australian dollar has further depreciated substantially since the middle of the year. For these reasons we are implementing price increases effective from 3 January 2012 as follows:

Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers & Set Screws	5%
Hexagon Nuts & Nyloc Nuts	8%
High Tensile Bolts, Nuts, Washers & Set Screws	8%
Structural	8%
Stainless Steel	8%
Socket Screws	5%
